When will my order be shipped?

My product has arrived damaged?


If your product arrived damage it’s most likely happened in transit. Please message us a photo of damage product and all sides of the box it came in Press Here. Also please keep all damage items including box in order to receive refund or replacement. If you do not keep all damage items you will not receive refund or replacement. Replacements normally go out within 5 days.




How long do I have to report damages?


If you do not pick up your order after its delivered to your door, the heat can cause the pouch to blow up and evaporate the lemonade. With that being said any one that recieved a damage package and does not report within 24hrs will not recieve a refund. Please do not allow your package to sit out after being delivered. Always freeze/refrigerate.

Should I choose next day shipping?


Yes! In order to ensure your package will arrive the next day, you must order before 12pm (EST) Monday-Friday. If your package is stuck in transit, send us a picture of your tracking information/status. It may be at your local UPS store!
